If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: You may contact our return team at info@pickleballsupremacy.com or initiate the return process yourself.

Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.

Return Shipping: We provide free of charge return shipping. Label will be provided. The customer will need to download, print it and return it by mail.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Refundable Items: New or unused/unopened products, defective (delimitation of paddle) and non-defective products.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including: Opened or used products, gifts. 

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@pickleballsupremacy.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
